Waitlists
When the studio calendar is filled, an announcement list is offered to students who are interested in
lessons. There is no cost or obligation to join the wait-list. When a space becomes available, it will be
offered to all students on the wait-list. All interested students will be invited to interview for the
opening, and it will be offered to the student who best fits the available time. (For example, a 30 minute
opening at 4:00 PM will be offered first to a younger beginner; an hour long opening at 7:30 PM will be
offered first to an older advanced student.) This means that your place on the wait-list does not
guarantee whether or when you will be able to start lessons; however past experience shows that nearly
everyone on the wait-list will be accommodated over time. It's possible for students to be turned away
after interviewing for an opening, but in practice this happens very infrequently. For more information,
